Yes. Outside catering and food are welcome.

Please note that the venue does not include a full kitchen. Clients are responsible for coordinating food service and cleanup

 Yes. A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your event date.

Dates are not reserved until the signed agreement and required payment have been received

 The final balance is due 14 days before your event date unless otherwise stated in your rental agreement

 All retainers and payments made are non-refundable.

If you need to reschedule your event, we will make every effort to accommodate a new date based on venue availability.

 Absolutely. We encourage all prospective clients to schedule a tour to view the space and discuss their event needs

 Yes. Clients are welcome to decorate the space.

However, nails, screws, staples, glitter, confetti, open flames, and any items that may damage the venue are prohibited

Each package includes 2-hr complimentary setup access prior to the start of your event. Additional set up time can be purchased at $75/hr.

 Additional rental time may be available based on venue availability.

Any unauthorized overtime will be subject to additional charge.

Clients are responsible for removing personal items, decorations, food, and gifts at the conclusion of their event.

Basic venue cleaning is included; however, excessive cleaning may result in additional fees
